How to close a Demat / Trading Account Online?

Client can close his/her account with us. When an individual has a single-holder account with no pending payments or holdings, a request can be raised online to close the Demat and Trading account.

The process to close a Trading/Demat account is as follows:

Step 1: Log in to https://backoffice.khajanchiandgandhi.com/ using your account number and password.

Step 2: Go to Request → Online Account Closure.

Step 3: Select the account, ensuring that there are no shares or outstanding payments in the account.

Step 4: Select the reason for account closure.

Step 5: E-sign (Aadhaar-based) your account closure request.
